Health & Safety: Farm to ECE | Food Safety

Cost: $20 per person

The purpose of this training curriculum is to provide evidence-based guidance and resources to Early Childhood Education (ECE) centers to foster Farm to ECE activities in the early years. Farm to ECE focuses on providing access to healthy, affordable, and culturally relevant local foods and integrating gardening, nutrition, and agriculture education into children’s daily activities. One (1) hour of this training will be dedicated to discussing Food Safety as required annually by State Licensing.

In completing this course, you will earn two (2) hours of Health & Safety education in Food & Nutrition (Farm to ECE) and one (1) hour of Food Safety totaling three (3) hours of Health and Safety Education.

Please complete the Director/Owner information in addition to purchasing tickets. If the director/owner is also attending, they must be included in the total ticket number. Must add staff names with a current email address. A Zoom Link will be sent to each person with instructions and handouts.
