Food Safety in Child Care focuses on applying the four key concepts of the USDA Fight Bac® program: clean, separate, cook, and chill into child care programs. As a result, participants will learn safe, effective, and healthy ways to run a childcare food service program.In completing this course, you will earn three (3) Health & Safety education hours.
Must add staff names with a current email address. A Zoom Link will be sent to each person with instructions and handouts.
