To provide participants with concrete ideas on how to promote self-care and joy within the work environment for individuals to be vital and balanced. Children and families are best supported by those who understand and recognize the importance of self-awareness and self-care in their own practice.

Please complete the Director/Owner information in addition to purchasing tickets. If the director/owner is also attending, they must be included in the total ticket number. Must add staff names with a current email address. A Zoom Link will be sent to each person with instructions and handouts.
